Turnaround time:

As this is a small independently run business, please be aware that the current turnaround time is approximately around 1-3 days for the in-stock items and 2-4 weeks for custom order pieces for shipping from purchase date. 


Shipping:

Shipping is free within the USA. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Transit time varies from 2-5 business days depending on location. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time. Overseas customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling: please contact us for a cost estimate.


Custom Orders:

Made to order items will take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the manufacturing schedule. We will make every effort to have it completed and delivered to you as soon as possible. Please contact us if you have a specific deadline.

Rings are custom made to fit your finger, make sure you choose the correct right size. If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend visiting any jewelry store that sells engagement rings, they will be able to accurately size your finger. If you choose an incorrect size, we do not offer resizing services.

You should expect to receive your order between 2-5 days once your order has shipped. We recommend adding signature confirmation to your order to ensure it safely reaches you as it confirms both to USPS and to us that your order has been received. Please make sure we ship your order to the most secure address.

Made to order jewelry is not returnable unless the item you have received is defective. We portray our jewelry as accurately as possible on our website by including photos and descriptions of every item. Please review carefully the descriptions of the jewelry and your sizing before placing your order, for we do not accept returns.     

 

Returns and Exchanges:

We strongly encourage you to carefully read all product descriptions to ensure you fully understand all the information about the item you are buying and that this item will satisfy and meet your desired needs, requirements, and expectations. If you have been sent an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Please indicate your order number and give a description of the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of your satisfaction.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not fully satisfied, you can simply return any item except for custom made orders purchased from Anastasia Simes Jewelry within five days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging and in original condition. Please include your order number. Customer is responsible for trackable return shipping.
